I had Bayern every way imaginable, along with many of my close childhood friends that I watched and bet the game with, some of which barely knew soccer. I won bets on Bayern's team total, won live bets on Bayern after Barca tied it at one. Beat the close by 20 cents on Bayern's opening ML and also won on alternate spreads. Outside of the 2020 Presidential election, it was my biggest ever single event win.
Most Heartbreaking Bet
Washington traveled to Philadelphia in December 2019 in a must-win game for the Eagles playoff chances. I bet on Washington +7, and they covered for every minute of the game until the final play. Carson Wentz led a game-winning TD drive to put the Eagles up four with less than 30 seconds left, but a Dwayne Haskins 50+ yard fumble six on the final play of the game, when a return was not needed, helped the Eagles cover the spread and win by 10.
