WBO/WBA Lightweight champion and No. 2-ranked pound-for-pound fighter Vasiliy Lomachenko and IBF Lightweight champion Teofimo Lopez will face off in the ring Saturday in Las Vegas (10 p.m. ET on ESPN).
Lomachenko (14-1, 10 KO) enters the fight as a comfortable -400 favorite over Lopez (15-0, 12 KO) who enters as a +300 underdog in the matchup.
Lomachenko's reputation as one of the best fighters in the world is bolstered by his amazing resume: two Olympic gold medals, championship belts in three different weight classes and a 12-1 record in world title fights. Lopez has made a reputation for stopping his opponents in exciting fashion and has won six of his past seven fights by knockout.
