Fanatics Sportsbook is the first U.S. sportsbook to put rules around when it refunds props if you bet the over and a player gets injured during a game, and some bettors around the country have cashed in big because of it.

If the player gets hurt early in the game (in the first quarter in football), your bet will be voided. It's the same for every injury, not just high-profile players.

Since they began this fair play rule this fall, Fanatics has paid out some monster parlays that only ended up winning because of the policy. At any other sportsbook, these injuries would have resulted in that leg losing, and the parlay losing.

Here are the five biggest payouts so far, all parlays north of 140-1:

1. Jayden Daniels & Deebo Samuel: $22,027

This 1,110-1 parlay ended up winning because of two fair play payouts. Jayden Daniels left Washington's 40-7 win over Carolina in the first quarter after just two pass attempts due to a rib injury, giving way to Marcus Mariota.

Deebo Samuel later in the day played just four snaps in the 49ers' loss to the Chiefs due to illness. He was listed as questionable entering the game, which doesn't impact the fair play rule — if they exit in the first quarter, your bet is refunded, regardless of their pre-game injury status.

2. Aaron Jones: $66,000

Aaron Jones made it to the end of the first quarter in the Vikings win over the Jets in London, but exited the game and did not return.

3. Jalen Hurts: $4,430

  • Wager: $1
  • Payout: $4,430
  • State: NY
  • Game: Commanders vs. Eagles
  • Impacted player:Jalen Hurts
  • Bet: 14-leg, 4,429-1 parlay

The payout is the smallest on this list, but the longest odds. This bettor turned $1 into $4,430 thanks to fair play. Jalen Hurts left this game early with a concussion and did not return.

4. Deebo Samuel: $13,102

  • Wager: $50
  • Payout: $13,102
  • State: MI
  • Game: 49ers vs. Chiefs
  • Impacted player: Deebo Samuel
  • Bet: 9-leg, 261-1 parlay

Like the top spot on the list, a bettor in Michigan was paid out on a 260-1 parlay after Samuel played just four snaps against the Chiefs due to an illness.

5. Deebo Samuel: $7,863

  • Wager: $55
  • Payout: $7,863
  • State: VA
  • Game: 49ers vs. Chiefs
  • Impacted player: Deebo Samuel
  • Bet: 8-leg, 142-1 parlay

The No. 5 spot is another parlay with Samuel, with a Virginia bettor turning $55 into $7,863 thanks to the voided leg after Samuel left the game after four plays due to an illness.
