DeVante Parker was in line for a favorable matchup against a banged-up Tampa Bay Buccaneers secondary, but the Miami Dolphins receiver has been ruled out of the Week 5 matchup.
Parker will miss the game due to a hamstring injury, leaving Miami without Parker, Will Fuller and Jakeem Grant. Fuller is on IR and Grant was traded this week.
Parker was a top-50 wide receiver in Sean Koerner's Week 5 fantasy football rankings prior to the injury. He caught four balls for 77 yards and a touchdown in Week 4 against the Indianapolis Colts.
In total, Parker has 17 catches for 242 yards on the year.
That leaves Jaylen Waddle and tight end Mike Gesicki as the top targets for quarterback Jacoby Brissett, along with running backs Myles Gaskin and Malcolm Brown.
With Parker out, Waddle gets the biggest jump in fantasy rankings. Prior to the injury, Waddle was WR43. He's now moved up to WR34 according to our consensus fantasy football rankings.
Waddle has 25 catches for 200 yards and a score on the year.
Gesicki maintained his position in the rankings at TE6 in standard scoring leagues.
