After news broke on Sunday night that Las Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs was questionable for tonight's Monday Night Football matchup with the Baltimore Ravens due to an undisclosed illness, fantasy football managers began scrambling.
However, Jacobs is active on Monday night, meaning that he is on track to play against the Ravens.
Still, fantasy football managers should be prepared to plug in a last-minute backup option just in case Jacobs ultimately decides to sit out of tonight's game.
Josh Jacobs Fantasy Football Replacements
If you do need a backup plan for Jacobs, the first box to check is the whether Kenyan Drake is available to pick up for insurance.
Unfortunately Drake's ADP this season was 109 overall per FantasyPros, so it's very unlikely that he's available in your league. He's 78% rostered in Yahoo! leagues.
The Action Network's Fantasy Football Analyst Samantha Previte ranks Jacobs' replacement options like this:
"Trenton Cannon (BAL) and Peyton Barber (LVR) both at 1% rostered will probably be your only hopes at this point. Both are third on their respective depth charts, though Latavius Murray, who is listed as second, may not see much playing time since he was just signed.
Barber could step up into a slightly bigger role behind Kenyan Drake if Jacobs misses time. He recorded 94 rushes for 258 yards and four touchdowns behind Antonio Gibson last season in Washington."

At the time of writing, inactives have yet to be announced, so be sure to keep an eye on that news once available.
And don't forget, if you're lucky enough to have slid Jacobs into a FLEX spot ahead of Sunday's action, you have the luxury of swapping in or picking up a player at another position (like wide receiver or potentially tight end) to fill the void if needed.
Hunter Renfrow has a lower ceiling but is available in almost every league. Sammy Watkins could be the second or third option in the passing game for Baltimore, and is widely available as well.
