The Denver Broncos will have both Melvin Gordon and Javonte Williams in the backfield on Sunday afternoon against the Cincinnati Bengals, but that could make for a tough decision for fantasy football managers.
Managers with both running backs would prefer one sits, raising the floor of the other. But who should fantasy football players go with if a decision is needed between the two?
Both have been productive this season with similar stat lines on the ground. Williams leads the team with 743 rushing yards in 13 games, averaging 4.8 yards per carry and 57 yards per game. Gordon is at 4.5 yards per carry and 59 yards per game.
Both are receiving threats out of the backfield, with Williams catching 34 balls and Gordon another 22. The difference has been scoring. Gordon has nine total touchdowns while Williams has six.
