Sunday Night Football for Week 17 of the NFL season gives us an AFC North battle between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens.
I have two players to pick — one from each team — in this game. These players aren’t the flashiest of names and are more bargain-bin guys who could surprise.
RB Jaylen Warren
Warren is averaging 9.5 touches per game over the past two weeks. He also leads the team with three carries inside the 10-yard line over that span.
While the Ravens have one of the best run defenses — fourth in DVOA — they have been vulnerable to RBs in the passing game and rank 21st in DVOA on passes to backs.
TE Josh Oliver
Oliver played as many snaps (42) as Mark Andrews last week and ran the second-most routes (10) on the team.
With this matchup expected to be close and low scoring, the Ravens will likely be able to stick with their heavy personnel for a large percentage of snaps.
Oliver is the only Raven to see a red-zone target in each of the past two weeks.
