The field for the second LIV Golf event, this week at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club in Oregon, is a stronger group of players thanks to recent addition, although the betting favorite remains the same.
As he was in London, Dustin Johnson is the favorite, this time at +650. Trailing him is more depth than the first event, though, with Brooks Koepka, Abraham Ancer and Patrick Reed joining the field.
Louis Oosthuizen is still second on the odds board behind Johnson, followed by Koepka and Ancer, then Talor Gooch and DeChambeau at 12-1.
Charl Schwartzel won the first event, claiming $4 million in London. BetRivers has him at 22-1 this week.
The most noteworthy name on the board is still likely Phil Mickelson, who is 66-1. Mickelson finished 34th of 48 golfers in the first LIV Golf event, and he followed that up with a convincing missed cut at the U.S. Open.
Nos. 1, 2 and 3 in the first event were all South Africans, with Hennie du Plessis and Branden Grace trailing Schwartzel. This week, du Plessis is 33-1 and Grace 28-1.
