2024 Procore Championship Odds Have Sahith Theegala, Wyndham Clark Favored article feature image

New sponsor, same course. The PGA Tour heads to Napa Valley in its usual mid-September spot. The previous three winners of the event are in the field again, as defending champion Sahith Theegala opens as the favorite at +1100. Sahith is coming into this event extremely confident. He played very well at East Lake to secure a great finish in the season-long FedEx Cup race.

This is a course that suits Theegala's game well, as he is able to send it off the tee with little regard to where it goes and lean into his creativity from there. Read below for the latest 2024 Procore Championship odds, as well as my betting preview for this week's event.

Procore Championship Preview: Winner Will Have To Find Birdie Stroke

Max Homa opens up at +2000, having won this event in 2021 and 2022. It is a golf course that he feels extremely comfortable at, but more than anything, he was the class of the field on the way to those wins.

Sure, Homa is one of the more accomplished golfers in this field, but his game has been an absolute mess. He has lost all control of his ball off the tee which is a major concern for a golfer who had the driver yips years ago. Homa must play well here this week. This golf course is extremely wide off the tee and there it little penalty for wayward drives. Hopefully, he can swing confidently and find something in his game moving forward.

Corey Conners at +1400 gives himself one more week before he tees it up in his home country for The Presidents Cup. Conners will do nothing but stripe the golf ball. He does it every week, being near the top of the pack in strokes gained ball striking.

Conners struggles on the green more times than not, which is surely a concern here. This is not a week in which you can get by with just two or three birdies per round. You need to keep your foot on the gas and pour in a ton of birdie putts.

Min Woo Lee opens up at +2200 He has a lot to play for this week. He has the Presidents Cup around the corner so we know he will be very precise and focused with all his reps. If you can nearly win at Detroit Golf Club, you can contend here. Lee can drive the ball all over the yard, give himself a ton of wedges and make birdies from there.

Michael Thorbjornsen at +7000 is a young stud still waiting to really burst out. In his short career, he has proven capable of making birdies in bunches to keep himself in the mix. Thorbjornsen played his college golf at Stanford, so he is used to these Northern California putting surfaces and conditions. His game suits this style, as he can launch the ball off the tee which will be a must here.

Mac Meissner +5000 is down the board a tad but he finished off his season really well. In his last five starts of the season, he has averaged over four strokes ball striking to the field. That is an extremely impressive run of ball striking. In his last start in California, he was in the final group after 54 holes at the Barracuda Championship.

Luke Clayton +1600, Maverick McNealy +2200 and Keith Mitchell +3000 round out the range of golfers past 30-1.
