Here's everything you need to know about 2024 Wyndham Championship PrizePicks plays for Thursday.
The Ross Course at Sedgefield Country Club hosts the Wyndham Championship again this season, something it has done annually since 2008.
Sedgefield Country Club is a par-70, 7,131-yard track designed by Donald Ross. In typical Ross fashion, this course rewards accuracy more than anything else as players attempt to stick their approach shots on these near-perfect greens.
Last season, five of the top-six finishers ranked 12th or higher among the field in greens in regulation percentage, the only statistic or metric in which such a trend occurred. Furthermore, 23.8% of approach shots come from the 150-175 yard range, the largest distribution (by a wide margin) of any of the 25-yard range groupings.

Keegan Bradley More Birdies or Better Than Min Woo Lee
Keegan Bradley has quietly been playing an incredibly consistent brand of golf. He's made the weekend in nine of his past 10 tournaments, a stretch includes his runner-up performance at the Charles Schwab Challenge against a loaded field.
Going back to the high-floor assessment, Bradley has never missed a cut on a Ross design (13-for-13 in his professional career).
Bradley boasts five top-15 finishes over that stretch and I think he's a very safe option this week when we combine that success on Ross designs with his recent form. Meanwhile, Min Woo Lee is making his professional debut at Sedgefield Country Club, and I'm not optimistic on the course fit for him.
This course is all about accuracy over distance, the exact opposite style of we typically see from Lee. He's all about bombing off the tee and putting. Meanwhile, accuracy often takes a step back both off the tee and on the approach.
Bradley outranks Lee, by a relatively wide margin, in birdies or better percentage from 150-175 yards out.

Justin Rose More Birdies or Better Than Denny McCarthy
Justin Rose is coming off his best performance of the season, a T2 finish at The Open Championship. He has contended well against stacked fields recently and also finished T6 at the PGA Championship.
If he can fire off two top-10 finishes in his past three majors, he’s more than capable of doing so against this field.
Rose has posted two top-10 finishes over his past four appearances at this venue, so course fit is clearly not a concern.
It makes sense that he typically plays well here as Rose ranks above the Tour average in greens-in-regulation percentage from the 150-175 yard range. He also plays particularly well on Ross designs and has posted seven top-10 finishes over his past 12 events on such courses.
Speaking of course fit, I have doubts when it comes to Denny McCarthy. While he is one of the best putters in the world (or maybe the best), his game relies heavily on the flat stick.
When the putter starts to fail, the ceiling of his potential quickly plummets. McCarthy has lost true strokes putting when you combine his past two tournaments, so it's not surprising that he is 0-for-2 making the cut over that stretch.
Since his accuracy and approach game leave more to be desired, it shouldn't be shocking that he's also missed the cut in each of his past two appearances at Sedgefield.
