The Outlook
Sometimes you can’t tell a whole lot from past results. Other times they can paint a vivid picture of what the impending future holds. Woodland has competed in six of the last seven editions of the Open Championship, and he’s made the cut in every single one of ‘em. But he’s also failed to seriously contend every single time. His results range from T-12 to T-70, and it’s very likely that we should expect another similar finish this time around, meaning he’ll cash a paycheck, but hardly be in the mix during the weekend rounds.
