We found one win last week with Adrian Otaegui taking down the event in China on the DP World Tour. There wasn't much else that went well, so it was nice to get lucky there.

This week features I’m highlighting Global Golf Betting Predictions for five different tournaments, including a PGA Tour signature event along with a new alternate full-field event in addition to a major on PGA Tour Champions.

Find my Global Golf Betting Predictions for the following tournaments below:

  • Wells Fargo Championship – PGA Tour
  • Myrtle Beach Classic – PGA Tour
  • Cognizant Founders Cup – LPGA
  • Regions Tradition – PGA Tour Champions
  • Challenge de España – Challenge Tour

Global Golf Betting Picks

Wells Fargo Championship – PGA Tour

Best Bet: Byeong Hun An +4000 (BetRivers)

Many of the best players in the world head to Quail Hollow this week as their final warm up for the PGA Championship. It should serve as a stern test as well, having hosting that major back in 2017.

This course it really long and tends to reward strong drivers, so I'll go with An here. Tee to green, he's always been pretty good. The putter has always been a concern in the past, but it has improved significantly this year.

Other Wells Fargo Championship Bets:

  • Tony Finau +4000
  • Adam Schenk +8000
  • Kurt Kitayama +9000
  • Grayson Murray 500-1

Myrtle Beach Classic – PGA Tour

Best Bet: Andrew Novak +4500 (bet365)

We have an alternate field event for the rest of the PGA Tour this week. Myrtle Beach is a new stop on the schedule this year, so we don't really have any history to go off of.

I'll play Novak here since he should be familiar with golf in the Carolinas since he was born in Raleigh and went to college at Wofford.

The form has dipped a little in recent months but has still been solid. He's made the cut in eight of his last nine events.

Other Myrtle Beach Classic Bets:

  • Alex Smalley +4500
  • Nico Echavarria +900
  • Carson Young +9000
  • Ryan Moore 100-1

Cognizant Founders Cup – LPGA

Best Bet: Hye-Jin Choi +4000 (BetRivers)

It hasn't been a good idea to go against Nelly Korda in the past couple months, but we'll try it again here.

With her dominant run, a lot of players with good form have drifted on the odds board. HJ Choi is the one I'll highlight this week. She's been in the top 15 in both of her starts here and has finished in the top 20 in five of her last eight events.

Other Cognizant Founders Cup Bets:

  • Maja Stark +4500
  • Minjee Lee +5000
  • Carlota Ciganda +5000
  • Madelene Sagstrom +6000

Regions Tradition – PGA Tour Champions

Best Bet: Darren Clarke +4000 (BetRivers)

It's major week on the senior tour, and we're off to a course where Steve Stricker has dominated. He's finished first or second in the past five events, so it's pretty hard to bet into him this week. However, he hasn't been his usual self so far this year, so we'll try again here.

Darren Clarke is the guys I'm playing here. He's been in the top 10 the past two weeks and has two top 10s here in his past three starts.

Overall, he's pretty consistent on this tour and has shown he can win a major.

Other Regions Tradition Bets:

  • Doug Barron +6600
  • Stuart Appleby 150-1

Challenge de España – Challenge Tour

Best Bet: David Horsey +4000 (bet365)

We just have the development tour going in Europe this week.

I like David Horsey here this week. He's a vet on the bigger Euro circuit who lost his card after 15 years. The 39-year-old is probably too talented for this level, and it's shown early in the season. He's got a second and third over his last three starts as he sets himself up for a likely return to the DP World Tour next season.

Other Challenge de España Bets:

  • Joel Moscatel +6000
  • Hugo Townsend +9000
  • Jiri Zuska +9000
  • Rhys Enoch 100
