We had a few close calls last week, but nothing got into the winner's circle.

Nataliya Guseva tied for second on the LPGA Tou and Simon Khan was third on the Legends Tour, but that's as close as we came.

We're now on to another week of golf and I have picks for the 2024 Wyndham Championship, Boeing Classic and more.

Wyndham Championship

Best Bet: Cameron Davis (+4000 at DraftKings)

The PGA Tour wraps up its regular season with its usual stop at Sedgefield for the Wyndham Championship.

This is a pretty basic short course that tends to eliminate the need to bomb it off the tee. Instead, this usually winds up being a wedge and putter contest.

I'll go back to Cameron Davis this week. He's been inside the top 25 in all three starts here, including a seventh-place finish last season. His form is also good as he backed up his win at the Rocket Mortgage with a 19th-place finish at the 3M and a 26th-place finish in Scotland.

Other Bets: Victor Perez (+8000), Taylor Moore (+8000), Ben Griffin (+8000), CT Pan (+10000), Ben Kohles (+15000)

Boeing Classic

Best Bet: Greg Chalmers (+4000 at BetRivers)

The Champions Tour returns this week to one of its regular tour stops in Washington.

This is one of the longer courses on tour, and that leads to similar leaderboards each year.

My play will be Greg Chalmers, who just turned 50. He doesn't have the track record here, but he does fit the profile.

He ranks 16th in driving distance, so he's above average there. And the form has been solid. He's got four top 10s this season in 10 starts and is coming off a 17th-place finish in the Senior Open after a few poor results.

Other Bets: Mark Hensby (+4000), Michael Wright (+14000), David Duval (+15000), David Bransdon (+17500)

Pinnacle Bank Championship

Best Bet: Kristoffer Ventura (+5000 at BetRivers)

The Korn Ferry Tour makes its annual stop in Nebraska for one of the fewer pure bomber tracks we see.

Indian Creek measures out at over 7,700 yards and is a nice break from the pitch and putt wedge fests we see on a regular basis.

I'll go back to Kristoffer Ventura for what feels like the 10th time this year. He has a win on this course and is coming off a decent showing in the Olympics. Hopefully, the flight back to the U.S. won't take too much out of him because this is a good spot for him.

Other Bets: Matthew Riedel (+8000), Christo Lamprecht (+10000), Joe Weiler (+10000), Austin Hitt (+12500), Peter Kuest (+16000), Aldrich Potgieter (+20000)

Farmfoods Scottish Challenge

Best Bet: Oliver Lindell (+4000 at BetRivers)

The Challenge Tour heads to Scotland, but it's a step away from the traditional links that we've seen from other tours in recent events.

Instead, it's a short, tree-lined course that's going to favor accuracy and precision.

Like Ventura above, I can't quit Oliver Lindell on this tour. We're still getting good prices for a guy with four top-11 finishes in his past six starts. He was also 18th here two years ago, so it appears to be a decent fit.

Other Bets: Lucas Bjerregaard (+4000), Oihan Guillamondeguy (+8000), Jonathan Caldwell (+15000), Alvaro Quiros (+15000), Sam Locke (+35000)

International Series England

Best Bet: Minkyu Kim (+5000 at BetRivers)

It's another Asian Tour event littered with LIV guys at the top — meaning one of them is likely to take down the title.

I don't really see much value in the 10-12 guys jumping over from that tour and will take one shot a little further down the board.

Minkyu Kim has already been kind to us, winning the Korean Open. I think this is a good price for him here as well. The big question for when the Asian Tour players have to make a trip like this to England is whether their game will travel. With Kim, we know it will. He finished 31st in The Open a few weeks back.

So, his game is good enough to complete with the best over here and now the best are gone and replaced with the mid-tier LIV guys and his fellow Asian Tour players.

Yokohama Minato Championship

Best Bet: Takashi Ogiso (+4500 at Bet365)

We head back to Japan for the first time in nearly a month.

We'll wrap up with Takashi Ogiso, who I've backed a couple times recently. His form was pretty good heading into their break. He missed the cut in his most recent start, but prior to that, he had four straight top 20s with a win mixed in.

He was all 11th here last year, so it's a course where he's played well.

Other Bets: Koshiro Maeda (+6000), Mikiya Akutsu (+12500)
