Betting on mini golf has never been easier — and we have the opportunity for action this Monday at noon ET, when the Pro League Network hosts the next World Putting League event from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Thanks to recent approvals in select states, there are a number of ways to bet on individual mini-golf tournaments like Monday's WPL Event #3, plus various outcomes throughout the event. So, without further ado, let's dive into the world of mini-golf betting.

How to Bet on Mini Golf
There are six primary bet types in mini-golf betting:
- Outright winner
- Group winner
- Individual holes
- Over/under on holes-in-one
- By round
- Lowest score
Read on to learn more about each bet type.
Outright Winner
This wager requires you to select the golfer who will win the tournament. The odds for each golfer to win are determined by the sportsbook and are typically high because it is a bet on one golfer to defeat the rest of the field.
For example, if you bet $100 on Golfer A to win at +400 odds and Golfer A wins the tournament, you'll receive $400 in winnings (use Action's Betting Odds Calculator now).
Group Winner
This wager requires you to select the golfer who will win their individual group.
At the World Putting League Event #3 on June 26, there will be four groups.
Individual Holes
You can bet on the total number of times there will be a hole-in-one — also known as an "ace" in mini golf — at an individual hole throughout the tournament.
For example, if the line on the total number of aces on Hole No. 4 is 9.5, you can bet whether the total number of aces on that hole will be over or under 9.5. Bets will stand as long as the round is completed.
The odds for the over and under may be different. For example, if the over odds are -150 and the under odds are +110, you’d need to bet $150 on the over to win $100, but just $100 on the under to win $110.
Total Holes in One
This wager allows you to bet on the total number of aces (across all holes) throughout the entire tournament or a specific round.
The odds and payouts are similar to the individual hole bets. It's also important to note that bets will stand as long as the entire tournament is completed.
Round Bets
These wagers allow you to bet on specific outcomes during a single round.
Lowest Score
This wager allows you to bet on whether any of the golfers in the field will shoot a score below a set threshold.
For example, if the line on the lowest second-round score is 27.5, you can bet whether the best score in that round will be over or under 27.5.
Bets will stand as long as the round is completed.
The odds for the over and under may be different. For example, if the over odds are -150 and the under odds are +110, you’d need to bet $150 on the over to win $100, but just $100 on the under to win $110.
