Expect the Scotsman to be an especially trendy pick this week, based on his current form, which includes a win at the Irish Open just two weeks ago. Even though he hasn’t played great in three previous Open Championship starts — a T-30 and two MCs — another links track should suit his game perfectly. It might be too much to expect another victory so quickly — and against a much stronger field — but a top 10 or top 20 should be well within reason this week.
