We have another full slate of NCAA lacrosse games Saturday, including two non-conference matchups between ranked teams I’m eyeing. Let’s take a look at a home favorite and road underdog that I’m targeting on the busy slate.

If you’re an avid bettor who’s new to lacrosse or a lacrosse fan who’s new to betting, check outmy guide on how to bet on lacrosse for some tips to use when placing a lacrosse bet.

The Georgetown Hoyas, ranked No. 3 in the country, are off to a red-hot start. They improved to 4-0 following a dominant 21-4 win over Mount St. Mary’s. This weekend, they face #18-ranked Princeton, who is coming off a 15-10 loss to Maryland.

Princeton sits 2-1 this season, with its wins coming against unranked Monmouth and Binghamton. While the Tigers were able to hang with the top-ranked Terrapins, they should be equally outmatched against the Hoyas, who rank first in defensive efficiency according to Lacrosse Reference.

The Hoyas average margin of victory is eight goals, with a 16-8 win over 15th-ranked Johns Hopkins; a 10-8 victory against fifth-ranked Penn; and, a 16-11 triumph against then No. 4-ranked Notre Dame. Georgetown is a 3.5-point favorite against the Tigers on DraftKings, but the line has been trending towards 4.5 points.

Grab Georgetown -at 3.5 goals if it’s still available, but play up to -4.5 if not.

Pick: Georgetown -3.5 (play to -4.5)

In another non conference showdown, No. 16 Michigan hosts No. 17 Delaware. Michigan’s 6-0 start is the program’s best since the program joined Division I in 2012. The Wolverines' average margin of victory is 10.8 through six games. Yet, they haven't played a ranked opponent and rank 39th in ELO according to Lacrosse Reference.

Compare that to Delaware, which ranks 14th in ELO according to Lacrosse Reference. The Blue Hens’ four wins were also against unranked opponents, but they played 10th-ranked Duke tight, covering the 6.5-point spread in a 19-14 loss.

Through their four wins, Delaware boasted an average offensive efficiency of 34.7% and their most efficient performance came in the loss to Duke, scoring on 41.2% of its possessions.

I think this game should be closer to a Pick'em, so I recommend backing the Blue Hens on the moneyline, which is currently +155 on DraftKings. If you’re looking for a safer bet, take Delaware +1.5 at even money.

Pick: Delaware ML (+155)
