Ahead of Lady Gaga’s birthday on Friday, March 28, Action Network has analyzed Google search results of the past 12 months to find out what have been the most Googled songs and albums from Lady Gaga’s discography.
The Most Googled Songs & Albums — Worldwide
According to an analysis that included 150+ Lady Gaga songs and 11 studio albums (including collaborative albums as well as soundtracks), the most Googled song in the most countries around the world turned out to be Gaga’s latest hit song “Die With A Smile”, a collaboration with Bruno Mars which has amassed over 2 billion streams on Spotify since its August release. “Die With A Smile” was the most Googled song in 119 countries.
On average, “Die With A Smile” was receiving 6.2 million worldwide monthly Google searches.
“Abracadabra” from Gaga’s new album, Mayhem, turned out to be the second most popular — it was the most Googled song in 12 countries around the world.
Additionally, three more songs were the most Googled in two countries each: “Paparazzi” & "Speechless”.
When looking at the most popular Lady Gaga albums of the past 12 months, “Mayhem” (2025) is at No. 1 — it was the most Googled of Gaga’s albums in 83 countries.
“Born This Way” (2011) and “Chromatica” (2020) are in second and third place, being the most Googled in eight and four countries, respectively.

The Most Googled Songs & Albums — USA
When looking at the most Googled Lady Gaga songs in the United States, once again, “Die With A Smile” took the crown — it was the most Googled Gaga song of the past 12 months in 35 states — followed by “Abracadabra”, which was the most Googled in 13 states.

“Mayhem” (2025) was the most Googled Lady Gaga album in the United States, being the No. 1 most Googled in 48 states. Having said that, two states, New Hampshire and Montana, had 2011’s “Born This Way” as the No. 1 most Googled Lady Gaga album.

Lady Gaga has had an eclectic career, garnering billions of streams, selling millions of records, and winning 14 Grammys. Among her other career achievements are starring in Bradley Cooper’s "A Star Is Born", which won her an Oscar for Best Original Song, as well as headlining the NFL halftime show in 2017.

METHODOLOGY
- The analysis was carried out in March 2025.
- The Google searches of the past 12 months in 100+ countries were taken into account, comparing search data from Google Trends.
- Number of Lady Gaga songs included in the analysis: 155.
- Number of Lady Gaga albums included in the analysis: 11.
- Since some of Lady Gaga’s songs have a general name which could have affected the search results, the analyzed keywords were in the following format: name of the song and Lady Gaga (for example: “Poker Face Lady Gaga”); the same format was used for Lady Gaga albums.
- Countries with no data results were omitted from the analysis.
