The 2020 Indy 500 has been moved from May 24 to Aug. 23 due to the COVID-19 outbreak, but that hasn't deterred the Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook from keeping odds posted for one of motorsports' most prestigious and high-profile races.

Will Power is the favorite at +700, followed by Alexander Rossi, Josef Newarden and defending race winner Simon Pagenaud, each listed at +800.

Scott Dixon, a five-time series champion and the winner of the 2008 Indy 500, rounds out the top five at +1000 odds.

2020 Indy 500 Odds, Betting Notes

Three-time Indy 500 champion Helio Castroneves, back with Penske again this year, is +1400 to kiss the bricks in May.

With a 2020 Indy 500 ride now secured with Arrow McLaren SP, two-time Formula 1 World Champion Fernando Alonso is +3000 in what would be his second Indy 500 start — Alonso led 27 laps and finished 24th in 2017, then failed to qualify for the race last season.
