Defending NTT IndyCar Series champion and 2008 Indy 500 winner Scott Dixon has done just about everything he needs to do as the favorite for the 105th running of the "Greatest Spectacle in Racing."
Dixon opened as the +700 co-favorite back in April and has done nothing but improve his odds after showing plenty of pace throughout practice before winning the pole position for the Indy 500.
The six-time IndyCar Series champion is now +325 to win today's Indy 500, making him the significant favorite ahead of Sunday's green flag.
Following Dixon is Colton Herta at +850, Pato O'Ward at +1200, Alexander Rossi at +1300 and Rinus VeeKay at +1400.
Interestingly, the Team Penske cars are further down odds board than anyone expected, led by Josef Newgarden at +1500, with Simon Pagenaud at +2000, Will Power at +2200 and Scott McLaughlin at +2800.
Below is an updated look at Indy 500 odds from DraftKings Sportsbook, and also be sure to check our best bet picks for today's race at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
