  • The NASCAR Cup Series is back in action at Charlotte Motor Speedway for Sunday's Bank of America ROVAL 400.
  • Chase Elliott is the race favorite according to the latest NASCAR odds, but there is plenty of value down the board for longshot drivers.
  • In fact, one Ford driver is a very nice prop bet to be the top finisher among his manufacturer at +750 odds.

Well, we survived!

On Saturday, my wife and I took our two kids to the NASCAR XFINTY Series race at Charlotte, taking in a whole 25 or so laps before deciding to bring the traveling circus back home.

With a successful trip to Charlotte under our belts, I'm turning my attention to Sunday's Bank of America ROVAL 400 (2 p.m. ET, NBC) and one +750 prop I believe is quite undervalued for the NASCAR Cup Series race.

NASCAR at Charlotte Roval Betting Pick

*Odds as of Sunday morning

This bet is equal parts undervalued driver and the lack of true road-course prowess among Ford drivers in the series.

According to driver rating, Joey Logano has clearly been the top performer at road courses this season among all Ford drivers and his +290 price to be the best finisher for his manufacturer reflects that.

However, the Ford driver with the second-best rating over the six series road-course races is Chase Briscoe, whose +750 odds at BetMGM rank just fifth among his manufacturer.

Briscoe's prowess at the Charlotte Roval in the NASCAR XFINITY Series also makes this bet even more enticing.

In three XFINITY Series races on this layout, Briscoe has one win while leading the most laps in each of those events.

Road-course racing can be unpredictable for a myriad of reasons, but Briscoe's +750 price to finish as the top Ford driver is simply too long to ignore.

The Bet: Chase Briscoe (+750) as Top Ford Finisher
