Odds via FanDuel Sportsbook as of Saturday, Feb. 4 |
The 2023 NASCAR Cup Series season gets underway on Sunday, Feb. 5 with the second annual Busch Light Clash at the Coliseum (8 p.m. ET, FOX).
This race is considered an exhibition event, so drivers will not earn championship points in Sunday's Clash at the Coliseum.
However, NASCAR odds are open for the race, providing insight into which drivers are expected to compete for the win on Sunday night.
NASCAR Odds: Clash at the Coliseum Favorites
Unsurprisingly, defending race winner and reigning Cup Series Champion, Joey Logano; and Chase Elliott — who won the most races last season — are co-favorites at +750 odds.
Right on their heels is Elliott's Hendrick Motorsports teammate, Kyle Larson, at +850, followed by Christopher Bell (+900), Kyle Busch (+1000) and Ryan Blaney (+1000).
NASCAR Odds: Clash at the Coliseum Longshots
According to NASCAR odds, there are two interesting longshots that come to mind for the Clash at the Coliseum.
First we have Ryan Preece (+5000), who cut his teeth driving modifieds on tracks similar to what drivers will race on inside the L.A. Coliseum.
A bit further down the NASCAR odds board is Ty Gibbs (+7500), who gets behind the wheel of the very fast Joe Gibbs Racing No. 54 Toyota following his XFINITY Series championship run in 2022.
