With the first full week of the college baseball season in the books, we can officially say the season is in full swing. Speaking of full swings, we're going to be seeing plenty of those supporting aces this Friday.

When it comes to my top Friday plays, I'm going to take a look at a matchup between two top-10 teams in Oregon State and Virginia before betting a two-leg moneyline parlay.

Let's dive into our college baseball picks and best bets for Friday, Feb. 21.

Oregon State -130 vs. Virginia

5 p.m. ET · D1Baseball.com

It was smooth sailing for the No. 7 Oregon State Beavers in their opening week of play. In their four games at the College Baseball Classic, they outscored their opponents, 48-9.

Now, they are set to kick off another tournament in the Round Rock Classic with much better competition, and their first opponent is the No. 2 Virginia Cavaliers.

The Cavaliers' season did not start well, as they lost their season opener to Michigan. Starter Jay Woolfolk was solid, allowing two runs on six hits in four-plus innings of work, but the offense didn't wake up until late.

With ace Evan Blanco still sidelined, Woolfolk is set to get the ball again, and he's in for a much stiffer test than his first outing. Woolfolk can't be trusted against a lineup like the Beavers. He's still transitioning to the rotation after holding a 6.44 FIP over 31 appearances last season.

On the other side of this matchup, Oregon State will hand the ball to its ace, Nelson Keljo.

Keljo started his 2025 campaign off strong, throwing four hitless innings. While he walked five batters, walks haven't been much of a concern for him over the last two seasons.

So, while the Cavaliers' lineup is daunting, they're lacking on the mound against a lineup that's just as powerful. Back the Beavers to win this one.

Pick: Oregon State -130

Stanford + Arkansas ML Parlay (+111)

Stanford (-195) vs. Washington · Arkansas (-250) vs. Kansas State

While parlays aren't always the best bets, they often gain expected value in college baseball when favorites get steamed up — especially when top pitchers take the mound on Fridays. That's likely to be the case here, as we pair an upstart Stanford Cardinal team with the No. 5 Arkansas Razorbacks.

The Cardinal impressed in their opening series, sweeping Cal State Fullerton on the road. Matt Scott showed improved command in his first outing of 2025, and that should lead to more success against Washington.

The Huskies split their first four games of the season, and the jury is still out on their lineup. They put up one run combined against St. Joesph's and Coastal Carolina.

However, those were sandwiched in between 21 combined runs against Kansas State and a rematch with St. Josephs.

On the other side, Stanford's lineup looked tremendous led by superstar freshman Rintaro Sasaki.

The Cardinal will be up against Max Banks, who was stellar against Kansas State. However, with this being his second career Division I start, he's due to regress.

First Leg: Stanford ML -195

The Razorbacks are our underpriced anchor with their ace, Gabe Gaeckle, on the mound. Gaeckle has some of the best stuff in the country, and he showed it in his first start by tossing five innings of one-hit ball while striking out seven batters.

What's different about this Arkansas team is the lineup is much improved behind its ace. The Razorbacks outscored Washington State, 34-8, over four games with two double-digit run totals.

Gaeckle should receive plenty of run support with Jacob Frost on the hill for Kansas State. Frost failed to make it out of the third inning in his first start and held a 7.49 ERA in 22 appearances last season.

Second Leg: Arkansas ML -250

Pick: Stanford + Arkansas ML Parlay (+111 via DraftKings)
