Villanova won the national title on Monday night, after opening at 12-1 this past April and sitting at 25-1 back in September.
The Wildcats' stiffest competition for a repeat title will be Duke, according to oddsmakers. After an overtime loss kept the Blue Devils out of the Final Four this season, Duke sits at 5-1 to win it all. That's equivalent to a 16.7% implied probably, more than five percentage points higher than the next group of teams, including Villanova.
Michigan, this year's runner-up, opened a bit farther down the list at 20-1, and the team you're really curious about, Loyola-Chicago, is one of the bottom-dwellers at 500-1. Sister Jean won't be happy about that
