In a groundbreaking move, sports betting and online gaming leader BetMGM, has teamed up with Fremantle to bring the beloved game shows "The Price is Right" and "Family Feud" into the realm of online casinos. This new partnership will allow BetMGM to create exclusive casino games based on these iconic shows.
Under this multi-year deal, BetMGM gains the rights to develop slots, table games, and other casino games inspired by the two popular television programs. This venture marks a significant expansion of BetMGM’s online content offerings and sets the stage for customized gaming experiences.
"We’re thrilled to explore new ways to engage our audiences," stated Adam Greenblatt, CEO of BetMGM. "With 'Family Feud' and 'The Price is Right' at our fingertips, we can offer our players the same excitement and enjoyment these shows have delivered to households across North America for decades."
BetMGM Casino Continues to Grow
BetMGM continues to add to its online casino platform. It already has over 3,500 games, including:
- MGM Grand Millions
- Loot'En Khamun
- Dead Sea Scrolls
The BetMGM Casino also has a list of sports-themed casino games people can play. Many are backed by the NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL. There’s also a hockey shootout game featuring the “Great One”, Wayne Gretzky.
BetMGM Branding To Appear on the Shows
As part of the partnership with Fremantle, BetMGM's branding will appear as a sponsor during special episodes of both shows throughout the upcoming seasons. More details on these integrations, which promise to be unique and innovative, will be unveiled through 2025.
Suzanne Lopez, COO of Fremantle North America, expressed enthusiasm for the venture. "Partnering with BetMGM is a game-changer for both companies. This deal allows us to enhance player engagement with fan-favorite shows by merging television and online casino experiences in exciting new ways," she said.
Through this collaboration, fans of "The Price is Right" and "Family Feud" will have new ways to enjoy these classics, blending nostalgia with modern gaming.
Hoping To Build on Strong 2024 Casino Revenue
Last year, BetMGM soared to new heights by awarding $128.5 million in progressive jackpots to its online casino players, setting new records in places like New Jersey and West Virginia, where it issued the largest jackpots in the history of online gaming.
Michigan generated nearly $600 million in revenue, which not beat New Jersey, but BetMGM’s other brands like Borgata Online, Party Casino, and Wheel of Fortune, combined.
So, if you’re in one of the states that have legalized online casinos, you’ll soon have the opportunity to “Come on Down” and try to come up with those good answers on “The Feud."
