BetMGM, an online gambling operator, is simplifying reward management for its customers by merging all BetMGM Reward Points into a single account.

This update enables users to retain their points across different legal online gambling locations.

Customers can earn these rewards points and credits while playing BetMGM's Sportsbook, Casino, and Poker, except in Puerto Rico and Ontario. They are not included.

Updates Started for BetMGM in August

The update is part of BetMGM's effort to provide a unified experience, where customers can use one login and have one cash balance that works in every state where BetMGM operates.

In August, BetMGM became the first sports betting app in the U.S. to allow customers to use a single online wallet across the country.

"We are committed to streamlining the loyalty experience for our players so they can enjoy the rewards they earn wherever they are in the U.S.," said Adam Greenblatt, BetMGM CEO in a statement. "The BetMGM Rewards Program showcases our key differentiators — omnichannel play, the iconic hospitality and MGM Resorts International's entertainment, and partnerships including our alliance with Marriott Bonvoy. With every bet at the sportsbook and spin of the slot you are earning rewards that can be used online or in-person."

BetMGM is available in 29 areas across North America, including 26 states, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico.

How Does the New BetMGM Rewards System Work?

When you play with BetMGM, your Rewards Points go with you to all single-account locations, (not including Puerto Rico and Ontario).

If you sign up for a new account somewhere new, your points balance will combine into one.

You can use the points you earn to get rewards in the BetMGM Rewards Store, like odds boost and Gametime credits. Additionally, you can redeem your points at MGM Resorts and trade them for Marriott Bonvoy Points, among other options.
