In a landmark move, Caesars, the NFL’s official casino partner and sports betting ally, is shaking up the betting scene with its most extensive Super Bowl LIX prop betting menu to date.
This year, fans can place bets on thousands of intriguing propositions, from the outcome of the opening coin toss to predicting the game’s MVP.
The lineup also lets fans wager on individual player performances, deepening their connection to the game’s star athletes. Daily themed Quick Picks and live play-by-play wagering options will also be available.
Kenneth Fuchs, Caesars Digital's Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer, expressed his enthusiasm: "For Super Bowl LIX, fans can bet on every aspect of the game with thousands of props. This allows fans to feel closer to the performance of the game's biggest stars and participate alongside the biggest moments."
Fuchs highlighted Caesars’ historic ties to prop betting since Super Bowl XX in 1986, emphasizing that the current menu builds on a legacy of innovation.
You can get in on the action via the Caesars Sportsbook app or at Caesars Sportsbook locations. There's also the Caesars Palace online casino that offers slot machines and live dealer table games, depending on where you live. This includes a lineup of exclusive games, as well.
An Old-School Bet Makes a Comeback
In a nod to history, Caesars is bringing back a legendary bet from its archives.
On January 26, 1986, during Super Bowl XX, a groundbreaking proposition asked whether a defensive player would score an offensive touchdown, inspired by the Bears’ famous rookie sensation, William "The Refrigerator" Perry. History was made when the bet came through, marking the beginning of a prop betting phenomenon.
The Bears won that game, 46-10, and now fans can revisit this iconic wager for Super Bowl LIX, with betting odds set at +2200 for a defensive player scoring an offensive touchdown.
But keep in mind that some props may not be available for wagering in all jurisdictions.
Super Bowl Squares Like You’ve Never Seen Before
Same Game Parlays and Caesars Squares also return this year. Same Game Parlays let fans combine bets on their favorite players, while Caesars Squares—a digital take on the classic party game—introduces a revamped grid format.
This setup allows players to predict the final digits of team scores at various game stages.
A Potentially Historic Super Bowl
In addition to the history being made off the field, this year’s Super Bowl is poised to make history on the field as well.
The Kansas City Chiefs could become the first team in NFL history to win three consecutive Super Bowls.
To grasp what the Chiefs could achieve, we need to look at history. Only two teams, the Green Bay Packers from 1929 to 1931 and the Packers again under Vince Lombardi from 1965 to 1967, have won three NFL championships in a row. However, these victories happened before the Super Bowl era.
With its expansive betting menu and nostalgic nods, Caesars is poised to make Super Bowl LIX memorable for bettors and fans alike.
And as the countdown to kickoff begins, all eyes will be on the Caesars Superdome, waiting to witness history in the making once again.
