DraftKings was in an outage for roughly four hours and counting on Thursday for an undisclosed reason.
Users were unable to place wagers or examine odds throughout the site from the morning up until about 2 p.m. ET.
A DraftKings spokesperson told the Action Network he was investigating the matter but had no additional updates.
In March, a similar issue arose in which users saw their account balances showing $0 despite holding tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars in their accounts, according to sources. Some users found themselves unable to place bets because of the glitch, which lasted roughly 30 minutes.
Thursday's glitch has lasted over four hours. Boston25News reported a source with knowledge of the outage told them the situation was "serious" and referred to the error as a "nightmare."
As repentance, DraftKings awarded some users varying degrees of bonus bets for the outage.
