Las Vegas is turning up the heat this pool season with the grand unveiling of the all-new GO Pool at Flamingo Las Vegas.
It's a $20 million transformation that introduces a multi-pool complex that promises to redefine the city’s pool scene. With its features, including a 30-seat swim-up bar, GO Pool is stepping up as what might be the ultimate destination for high-energy parties.
“The famous GO Pool has been a favorite for decades during pool season,” Senior Vice President and General Manager of Flamingo Las Vegas Dan Walsh said. “This isn’t just a renovation; it’s a brand-new complex built from scratch.”
The resort shared an artist's rendering of what the new pool will look like on its X account:

Covering nearly 1.5 acres, the new GO Pool complex offers a diverse range of experiences across five distinct pools. Its many highlights and features include:
- Temperature-controlled waters
- 33 VIP cabanas
- Cool-deck surfacing
- Night lighting
There's also a powerful sound system to keep the energy alive.
The Main Pool Is the Focal Point at Flamingo
The showpiece is the main pool, showcasing the swim-up bar that is under a massive canopy with seats for 30 people.
Adding to the spectacle of it all is a stunning 50-foot-wide “rain curtain” waterfall and an adjacent grotto pool, all cascading into the main pool. Perched above this impressive waterfall, high-energy DJs will spin tracks every day of the week, guaranteeing an electrifying atmosphere.
If that’s not enough, 55 towering palm trees circle the pool, alongside 35 other tree varieties, transplanted from the original GO Pool, adding a majestic touch to this lively oasis. With these fresh updates, the GO Pool is all set to make a splash in Las Vegas with its new era of poolside excitement
Caesars Entertainment Continues To Add to Offerings
The GO Pool is part of Flamingo’s multi-phase transformation project, where the resort has welcomed several new offerings, including Pinky’s by Vanderpump, Gordon Ramsay Burger and Havana 1957.
But it’s not just the Caesars properties that are getting facelifts.
The company just announced that Grammy Award-winning global superstar Kelly Clarkson will start a brand-new residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in July.
This news comes on the heels of Caesars Entertainment launching a new collect-and-win game on its iGaming platform, Caesars Palace Online Casino.
And their first online casino live dealer studio in Pennsylvania just opened a couple of months ago, so it has been a busy time.
Vegas Strip Casinos Coming off Decline in Revenue in January
It appears the new attraction at Flamingo is coming at the right time. It may help to breathe a little life into The Strip.
According to a CDC Gaming report, gaming revenue on the Strip dropped nearly 4% in January, This marked the first decline on the Strip since June. The decrease is being attributed to high rollers postponing their Las Vegas visits until the Super Bowl and Chinese New Year in February.
Despite the lower gaming revenue numbers on the Strip, Nevada still set a new record for January.
And while the Strip's performance slowed, local casinos saw a 4.5% increase in revenue, thanks in part to the new Durango Casino & Resort in the southwest valley. Off-Strip casinos earned $285.3 million in January, up from $273.1 million in January 2023, according to Deutsche Bank.
Las Vegas Pool Scene Changed Forever
As Las Vegas prepares to welcome sun-seekers and party enthusiasts, the newly unveiled GO Pool at Flamingo Las Vegas stands ready to set a new standard for poolside recreation.
Whether you're looking to relax in luxurious cabanas, enjoy a drink at the swim-up bar, or dance to the beats of talented DJs, the GO Pool offers something for everyone.
This transformation marks not just a new chapter for Flamingo Las Vegas but also a revitalized pulse in the heart of the city’s pool scene.
