A man from Hartford, Connecticut, spent less than what you’d spend on a value meal and turned it into a massive slot machine jackpot.
He’s only being identified by his first name and the first initial of his last name — Jose E.
He won $347,562.62 by betting $5 on a slot machine at Mohegan Sun's Casino of the Sky.
The casino posted a picture of Jose in front of his winning machine on its X (formerly Twitter) account.

The post also included a few emojis: some money with wings, a thunderstorm cloud and the money mouth face.
Dollar Storm Slot Machines Paying Off Lately
Jose hit the jackpot on the “Super Grand Jackpot” feature of the Aristocrat Gaming Dollar Storm Caribbean Gold machine.
According to the Aristocrat Gaming website, the Super Grand Chance awards the Super Grand jackpot or a large cash prize.
On a side note, it’s been quite a run for Dollar Storm machines so far in 2025.
