SportsGrid is turning to a former professional golfer and social media influencer to become the face of its casino content.
The free TV network for sports agreed to a multi-year deal with Paige Spiranac. She will host exclusive new casino-themed shows, significantly expanding the content available on SportsGrid.
She made the announcement on her X account.

"I'm thrilled to join SportsGrid and dive into the world of sports gaming with a network that's truly pushing boundaries in sports and casino entertainment," Spiranac said via a press release. "Creating unique, interactive content for fans who share my passion for gaming is something I'm incredibly excited about. Together with SportsGrid, I look forward to bringing a fresh perspective and delivering the fun, engaging experiences that fans expect and deserve."
Who is Paige Spiranac?
Paige Spiranac gained attention for her golfing at the University of Arizona, before transferring to San Diego State. There, she earned first and second-team All-Mountain West honors. Her senior season ended with the Aztecs' first Mountain West Conference Championship.
Spiranac has significantly impacted the golf world by using social media, rather than competing in the LPGA, to become one of the sport's most influential figures. She has gained immense popularity on Instagram, where she has more followers than famous golfers like Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy.
In 2021, Spiranac signed a deal with PointsBet as a brand ambassador. Even though she did not move to Fanatics after PointsBet was sold, she continues to influence by regularly creating content on platforms like Instagram and X.
In addition to her new casino gig on SportsGrid, Spiranac is still involved in golf. Fans are waiting to see a round between her and Hailey Ostrom. Although Ostrom challenged Spiranac on X and Spiranac accepted, it hasn't happened yet, and there's been no update.
Spiranac also started her own Passes account where, depending on the level of membership, fans can send her direct messages, or even get tips on their golf swing.
SportsGrid Wants To Become “The Gambling Channel”
SportsGrid is a streaming network that focuses on the latest in sports betting, offering original shows hosted by various personalities, experts and guest contributors.
But in addition to Spiranac, the network recently signed a deal with slots streamer Brian Christopher. CEO Jeremy Stein mentioned that they're hoping to become known as the "Gambling Channel" and want to broaden the focus beyond just sports betting.
As part of this shift, Christopher will develop new multimedia content and host an exclusive show for SportsGrid's upcoming Casino & Gambling Network, set to launch next year.
