2022 Super Bowl MVP Winner
by Tommy Stokke
Cooper Kupp didn't cash the overs on his receiving yards prop or receptions total, but he won the prop that mattered: 2022 Super Bowl MVP.
Kupp’s late-game surge led the Los Angeles Rams to the Super Bowl win over the Cincinnati Bengals and sealed his case for MVP, cashing tickets at +600 (bet $100 to win $600).
Kupp, who led the NFL in receiving yards during the regular season, caught a game-high eight catches for 92 yards and two touchdowns. His one-yard score with 1:25 left put the Rams up for good, 23-20.
The Rams receiver also rushed for a key fourth-down conversion on the drive, rushing for seven yards on his lone carry of the game.
Matthew Stafford entered as the favorite and finished with 283 yards and three touchdowns, but two interceptions hurt his argument for the award in the end.

Matthew Stafford opened with +115 Super Bowl MVP odds in the first cycle and has received a slight bump up to even money. He and the Rams are 4.5-point favorites to beat the Bengals — and quarterbacks have fared well in this market — making him the clear front-runner in this field.
Cooper Kupp, meanwhile, is the obvious headliner among the wide receivers.
The regular-season leader in virtually every primary receiving statistic is the chalk to rack up the most yards through the air (+120), way ahead of the next-closest player, Ja'Marr Chase, at +400.
A tight end winning the award Sunday is priced at 28-1, implying just a 3.45% probability.
Despite the potential volume of passing attempts, both starters — LA.'s Tyler Higbee and Cincinnati's C.J. Uzomah — are banged up.
