Super Bowl Sunday is here. And after the longest season in NFL history, the Los Angeles Rams and Cincinnati Bengals will battle it out in the 2022 Super Bowl.

Only one team will be able to hoist the Lombardi Trophy at SoFi Stadium, but there are plenty of ways for us to win beyond just the final score of Super Bowl LVI.

We've got updated NFL odds, Super Bowl spread and total picks, player props, touchdown props, game props and more.

Two former No. 1 overall picks will battle it out under center in Matthew Stafford and Joe Burrow — albeit they were selected 11 years apart — while the two youngest active NFL coaches will be calling the shots. The Rams have mounted an all-in Super Bowl run to reach their home field in the 2021 NFL season's finale, while the Bengals have enjoyed a storybook playoff run to reach the Big Game.

Find out how our experts are betting truthfully every part of this matchup and how you can ensure you're a winner regardless come Sunday night.

After opening at Rams -3.5 and 49.5, the spread and over/under were quickly bet to Rams -4 and 48.5, where they've (mostly) remained in the two weeks since these teams punched their tickets to Super Bowl LVI.

With the Super Bowl drawing the most bets of the sports year, it's possible the spread and over/under see more movement on Sunday, which is why we'll be tracking how the Rams-Bengals odds move (if at all) in the final hours before kickoff — so be sure to bookmark this link for updates.

Rams money has continued to flow throughout the day on Sunday which has pushed essentially every sportsbook up to -4.5 except for DraftKings, which is hanging onto L.A -4 (-115), and South Point in Las Vegas, the first shop to make the move to -5.

Super Sunday is finally upon us and with it has come Rams money.

Yes, DraftKings is still sitting at Los Angeles -4 (-110), but shops like PointsBet, BetMGM and FanDuel are up to -4.5 as of Sunday morning.

It'll be interesting to monitor whether the rest of the market follows these moves or if these specific sportsbooks find their ways back to -4.
