Davante Adams, Deebo Samuel and Elijah Mitchell have the most popular player props for Saturday night's Divisional Round matchup between the 49ers and Packers.

While the sharp and big-money bettors are on San Francisco to cover, the majority of the public is on Green Bay.

There's also a 65%-winning betting algorithm that fits this game. The system applies to roughly three NFL playoff games per year and has produced a profit of $11,182 for $1,000 bettors, or about $700 per year.

You can read more below about what the algorithm is, the theory behind it and how to take advantage of it for tonight.

49ers vs. Packers Most Popular NFL Player Props

  1. Davante Adams to score a touchdown at any time (-131)
  2. Deebo Samuel to score a touchdown at any time (-115)
  3. Elijah Mitchell to score a touchdown at any time (+110)

Odds and data are according to PointsBet

Davante Adams has scored a touchdown in eight of his 16 games this season, which implies that the odds for his line should be somewhere closer to even.

While his odds at -131 may be enticing to some bettors, there's generally negative expected value on touchdown props for wide receivers and tight ends.

More value lies with running back TD props. Since Deebo Samuel began to split carries in mid-November, he's scored a TD in eight of nine games. Perhaps not coincidentally, the only game the 49ers have lost since then has been the game in which Samuel didn't score a touchdown.

Samuel to score at -115 has overwhelming expected value. If you can stomach the negative vig, this is the best prop available on Saturday.

Elijah Mitchell's third-most popular prop isn't bad — he's scored in four of his last five games — but expect Kyle Shanahan to depend on his newly-found gadget weapon more tonight – especially against the Packers' 24th-ranked defense.

Roll with Samuel's TD prop for tonight, but don't bomb away on it more than your usual unit-sized bet.
