Odds according to FanDuel

The Eagles are projected as -3.5 favorites when they host the 49ers in Week 13 for the 2022 NFC Championship Game rematch.

The fair value odds are according to the Action Network's data team, which has considered all associated quantitative and qualitative aspects of every NFL regular season matchup for this upcoming season, and developed a fair value spread for each contest.

For this contest, the Eagles' spread at FanDuel — which opened on Thursday morning — has value.

Philly opened as -2.5 (-110) favorites. That's an extra point in value and gets you through the key number of 3.

On the moneyline, the Eagles also have value. While Philadelphia should be priced at -163, FanDuel opened at -134.

That's a 4.7% betting edge. Effectively, you'd be receiving a 4.7% discount on that line.

Another way to think about it: you're making 4.7 cents in expected value per dollar wagered on the Eagles' moneyline.

Do keep in mind that because the game is in December, you're effectively giving the sportsbooks a six-month, interest-free loan. So factor that into your EV calculations based on your own personal financial situation.

In their last contest, the 49ers were left without a quarterback after former third-stringer Brock Purdy tore his UCL and fourth-stringer Josh Johnson — amid an uninspiring performance — was knocked out of the game with a head injury. The 49ers didn't throw a pass after the third quarter in a 31-7 blowout loss.

The Eagles were 2.5-point home favorites for that matchup.
