49ers vs. Seahawks
First up, I'm attacking my favorite Charbonnet line with Kenneth Walker potentially sidelined.
Charbonnet has only topped this number twice this season, but it's been over the last two weeks.
The first reason why I'm taking the over is obvious: there’s no Walker to fight for receptions. Then we’re going to see either a banged-up Geno Smith or Drew Lock under center for Seattle, so there should be possibilities for more dump-offs.
The 49ers defense is a bit prone to giving up receiving yards to running backs. Through 10 games, they’ve allowed just 601 rushing yards to RBs, a brilliant return, but they’ve allowed 345 through the air, which is the 13th-highest tally in the league.
Pick: Zach Charbonnet Over 15.5 Receiving Yards (-125)
49ers vs. Seahawks
McCaffrey has gone over 75.5 rushing yards in his last two games and 6-of-10 games across the whole season. Now he faces a Seahawks defense that's allowed more than 75.5 rushing yards in four of their last five games — in three of those games, it’s been at least 127 yards.
San Francisco's coaching staff loves to feed McCaffrey and I expect him to have a big Thanksgiving performance against a Seattle team that's struggled against the run.
Pick: Christian McCaffrey Over 75.5 Rushing Yards (-114)

49ers vs. Seahawks
The 49ers make it a point to get Samuel involved in a variety of ways — one of them being on the ground. Through eight games this season, he's rushed the ball 22 times and has gone over this number of 10.5 in 4-of-8 games.
As I mentioned above, the Seahawks run defense has struggled lately so I think the 49ers will take advantage of that by giving Samuel some rushing work.
