  • Russell Wilson passing yardage prop is 238.5 for the Seattle Seahawks' Sunday Night Football game against the San Francisco 49ers, but the bet that's actually offering the most value is his rushing yardage prop (over/under 20.5).
  • Mike Randle analyzes the latest betting odds and our proprietary player projections to find three Sunday Night Football player props that are worth a pick.

NFL player prop bets offer tremendous value on the board every week. They receive less action and money than NFL sides and totals, opening up attractive opportunities for bettors.

One of the best resources to help determine which prop bets to wager on is our FantasyLabs Player Props tool.

We leverage the listed prop bets against our player projections from Sean Koerner, the No. 1 in-season fantasy football ranker in three of the past four seasons.

Each prop bet receives a Bet Quality grade between 1 and 10, with 10 being the biggest edge.

49ers at Seahawks Prop Bets & Picks for Sunday Night Football

My Sunday night prop bets have hit at an 80% rate (36-9) this season. Let's take a look at three props offering value for the Sunday Night Football showdown between the San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks.

Seahawks QB Russell Wilson

The Pick: Under 20.5 Rushing Yards (-112)
Bet Quality: 10/10

Wilson is always a threat to run, but the Seattle quarterback will have trouble doing so against a relentless San Francisco defense.

Look for the 49ers to focus on keeping Wilson in the pocket, especially after his 53 rushing yards in their Week 10 meeting gave Seattle a huge road win that put the Seahawks in the lead for the NFC West title.

Wilson has been contained in the last two weeks with only one total rushing yard against the Panthers and Cardinals.

Our projection of 15.2 rushing yards is 29% below the implied total of 21.2. I would bet this prop to -130.

Seahawks RB Travis Homer

The Pick: Under 39.5 Rushing Yards (+100)
Bet Quality: 10/10

I'm fading Seattle's rookie sixth-round running back against the strong run defense for the 49ers.

San Francisco has. With Robert Turbin and Marshawn Lynch also signed this week, it is unlikely that Homer eclipses this rushing total against the 49ers, especially if they're trailing.

Homer only totaled 16 rushing yards on five carries last week against the lowly Cardinals.

Our FantasyLabs projection of 32.3 rushing yards is 25% below his implied total. I would bet this 10-rated prop to -120.

49ers WR Emmanuel Sanders

The Pick: Over 42.5 Receiving Yards (-130)
Bet Quality: 8/10

Sanders is completely healthy and should have a strong game against a Seattle defense that is mediocre against opposing wide receivers. He tallied the overall WR1 performance in Week 14 in San Francisco's big 48-46 win at New Orleans.

Since that game, Sanders has seen 10 targets but only produced 70 total receiving yards. In a game with the division title on the line, expect Sanders to have a solid game and eclipse this line.

We project Sanders for 51.2 receiving yards, which is 14% over his implied total of 45.4 receiving yards. I would bet this 8-rated prop up to -150.
