Primetime unders are on a roll this season — and they have been the last several seasons.

But will it persist tonight for Sunday Night Football between the Bears and Chargers?

Primetime unders are 17-7 so far this season, good for over a 70% win rate. That includes a victory on Thursday Night Football between the Buccaneers and Bills, which a 42 point game on a 43 point total.

Since 2019, primetime unders are 156-102-3 for a 60.5% win rate. (A primetime game constitutes any night game, but namely ones that occur on Thursday, Sunday or Monday night. Saturday night primetime games occur late in the regular season and playoffs). Hat tip to my colleague Evan Abrams for this data.

For reference, bettors need to win 52.4% or more in order to be profitable.

Our experts don't have any picks on the total for tonight's contest, but my colleague Stuckey has a derivative market that he thinks has value before tonight's game.

It involves one future and a teaser — of which you'll need to pair one of tonight's spreads with another game on the slate.

Since 2021, primetime first half unders are 86-61-2, good for an over 58% win rate.

The best market price for the under tonight is at 46 with a vig of -110 at Caesars. The best under for the first half is with FanDuel at u23.5 (-120).
