Although I love Tony Pollard, Hunt is the best backup RB in the NFL. He has three rushing touchdowns this season, including two in his last three games despite a decreased workload.
Hunt is getting nearly the same amount of red-zone carries as Nick Chubb, trailing only 21-18, but he’s also the pass-catching RB in this offense if Cleveland falls behind.
For what it’s worth, Hunt scored in both games against the Bengals back in 2020. We’ll back him to do it again tonight.
Mike Thomas

We’re taking a swing on the next man up.
No Ja’Marr Chase means an increased role for Thomas. When Tee Higgins was out in Week 5, Thomas played 70% of snaps against the Ravens. Expect a similar workload without Chase.
Cornerback Denzel Ward is out for the Browns, who rank 25th in the NFL in passes of 20 or more yards allowed this season.
Thomas only has one touchdown in his career, but it was against the Browns back in 2020.
Joe Burrow

Burrow has scored a rushing touchdown in three straight games. He has seven red-zone carries, which is sixth among all QBs this season.
The Browns' run defense has been Swiss cheese this season, as well. Cleveland has allowed 13 rushing touchdowns (second-most), including two to opposing quarterbacks.
