3 Bettors Hit 29,000-to-1 Correct Score Parlays in AFC & NFC Championships

Sportsbooks love parlays because they are so profitable. They also love correct score bets because they are so profitable. So you can imagine how sportsbooks think about correct score parlays.

Well, Sunday didn’t exactly work out that way for FanDuel, who had three bettors parlay the correct score of the AFC and NFC title games.

One bettor took a $20 site credit and bet and took a 28,950-to-1 flyer on the Bengals to beat the Chiefs 27-24 and the Rams to beat the 49ers by a score of 20-17. When that happened, the bettor won $579,000.

But that wasn’t all.

FanDuel spokesman Kevin Hennessy told The Action Network that two other bettors won on that exact correct score parlay.

“It’s truly amazing to see a customer pick the exact score of both Conference Championship games and turn $20 into nearly $580,000,” Hennessy said. “We also saw two other customers do the same thing with payouts reaching a combined $200,000. We have some very happy customers tonight.”

The other bets? A $5 bet won $145,000 and a $2 bet won $58,000.
