The Denver Broncos (9-6) and Cincinnati Bengals (7-8) will face off in the second Saturday NFL match at Paycor Stadium. Kickoff is set for 4:30 p.m. ET on NFL Network.
Beyond spread and total bets, I'm looking at Broncos vs. Bengals anytime touchdown scorers and have a pick for each team for this Saturday.
Here are my two NFL anytime touchdown scorer bets for Saturday's contest.
Broncos vs. Bengals Anytime Touchdown Scorer Props
This week, when I saw he was back to +450, I didn’t flinch and bet on him again.
Mims’ role in the Broncos offense has grown by the week. Sean Payton is finding creative ways to get him involved and making Mims a priority in the offense.
This week, Denver will face a Bengals defense that is allowing 26.2 points per game this season (28th in NFL) and is 27th in defensive DVOA against the pass. It's a great matchup for Mims to make a big play.
This might be one of my favorite bets of the week.
Look, I love WR Ja’Marr Chase, but if CB Patrick Surtain and Chase are battling all game, I want no part of that matchup. Surtain tends to play shadow coverage against top wideouts and has only allowed one receiving touchdown this season. He also ranks first in PFF’s Coverage Grade.
Maybe the Broncos get cute and put Surtain on WR Tee Higgins instead, but that seems unlikely given Surtain and Chase have already been chatting in the press about the potential matchup.
So, let's pivot to Higgins. Although Chase is undoubtedly an incredible player, it’s Higgins who leads the Bengals in target share and yards per route run against man coverage, which the Broncos play at a top-10 rate.
