Ceedee Lamb and the Dallas Cowboys are in the midst of some turmoil.
The Cowboys appear to have little to no interest in giving the star wide receiver a record-setting contract. Lamb appears to have no interest in participating in training camp until he has a new contract.
On Wednesday, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was asked about Lamb's contract situation and responded, "I don’t have any urgency to get it done."
Ceedee Lamb responded by quote tweeting the response with "lol". In this sense, lol does not mean lots of love. It means laugh out loud.

As Lamb's future with the Cowboys remains unclear, let's take a look at Lamb's season-long player props and how he may fare without a full training camp.
Receiving Yards | Over 1350.5 (+115) |
---|---|
Under 1350.5 (-135) | |
Receiving Touchdowns | Over 9.5 (+115) |
Under 9.5 (-135) | |
Receptions | Over 104.5 (-110) |
Under 104.5 (-110) |
Lamb has eclipsed 1,350 receiving yards over the last two seasons but failed to do so during his first two seasons in the NFL. Last season he racked 1,749 receiving yards, the most of his career. He has had 10 or more receiving touchdowns in three of his four seasons in the NFL.
All of the history may not matter as players have typically performed below their averages in the season following a training camp.
That being said, Dak Prescott would love to have his No. 1 receiver back in the fold and will likely continue to target him whenever he makes his return. If Lamb is traded, that could drastically swing the outlook on his totals. That will depend on system fit, quarterback and the other receiving weapons that team will have.
