The Cincinnati Bengals (2-4) and Cleveland Browns (1-5) will kick off NFL Week 7's Sunday afternoon slate. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET from Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland on CBS. The game can be streamed live on Paramount+, YouTube TV and other streaming platforms.
The Bengals are consensus 5.5-point favorites over the Browns on the spread (Bengals -5.5), with the over/under set at 41.5 points. Cincinnati is -250 on the moneyline to win outright, while Cleveland is +200 to pull off the upset.
The Bengals won 17-7 against the Giants last week. Joe Burrow ran for a 47-yard touchdown and threw for 208 more yards. The Browns lost their fourth straight game 20-16 to the Eagles last week. Deshaun Watson's horrible season continued in Philadelphia, and he now has just 5 touchdown passes through 6 games.
Let's get into my Bengals vs. Browns predictions and my NFL picks for Sunday Week 7.

Bengals vs. Browns Picks and Predictions
Prediction
- My pick: Browns +5.5
My Browns vs. Bengals best bet is on the underdog Browns to cover the spread. For all of your NFL bets, be sure to find the best lines by using our live NFL odds page.
Spread
I'm betting the Browns this week. Nick Chubb is coming back, the offensive line is getting healthier, and I don't think a Kevin Stefanski-coached team will quit on its season. I'm taking the points with Cleveland at home.
Moneyline
I'm not optimistic enough about the Browns this week to bet their moneyline, so this is a pass.
Over/Under
I like the under here, which is why I am on Cleveland. My pick for the game is against the spread, but the game being low-scoring is key to that.
My pick: Browns +5.5
Bengals vs. Browns NFL Week 7 Preview
This line is way too high. It jumped two points last week when Amari Cooper was traded to the Bills. He has been one of the worst receivers in the NFL this season on a team with a non-existent passing offense. How much can he really be worth to the Browns?
I like this under, too, because I’m envisioning a very low-scoring game. That’s the Browns’ path to cover here. The defense is getting as healthy as it has been in a long time.
And importantly toward keeping the game low-scoring and the clock ticking, Cleveland will get Nick Chubb back this week. I’m not expecting a full workload, maybe 10-15 carries, but your offensive line is getting healthier and you finally have your workhorse back.
Overall, I think this is a chance for the Browns to get back to what they’ve done well offensively in the past. They’ve been trying to run this non-Kevin Stefanski spread offense, and it’s just not working with Deshaun Watson. Hopefully, a healthier offensive line and Chubb’s return will get them running the ball more, using more heavy sets and getting higher-percentage passing plays for Watson.
Also, all the Bengals do is play close games. Their four losses have been by six, one, five and three points this season. Their wins were both by 10 points, but a late Chase Browntouchdown last week was what separated them from the Giants last week. That was a tight game most of the way.
Also, Joe Burrow has historically struggled against this Browns defense. He’s 1-3 over the past three seasons against Cleveland with four touchdowns and four interceptions. It’s just not a matchup that he’s thrived against.
Finally, Cleveland isn’t going to quit. Stefanski is a good coach and his team showed up pretty well in Philadelphia last week. This is a division-rivalry game and a good spot to back the Browns.
Pick: Browns +5.5
