The Cleveland Browns (1-2) and Las Vegas Raiders (1-2) will kick off at 4:25 p.m. ET from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas as part of NFL Week 4's late afternoon slate. The game will be broadcast live on CBS and can be streamed on platforms like Paramount+ and YouTube TV.
The Browns are 2.5-point favorites, with the consensus total set at 37, which is among the lowest of Week 4. The spread opened at Browns -2.5 and moved all over the place throughout last week, and the total opened at 43.5 but was bet down.
Deshaun Watson’s time in Cleveland has been a failure. He has completed just 57.8% of his passes this season and has thrown 17 touchdown passes in 15 starts since his Browns debut in 2022. The Raiders, meanwhile, are coming off of a shocking blowout loss to the Panthers that put Gardner Minshew's status as starting quarterback in question.
Let's get into my Browns vs. Raiders prediction and my NFL predictions for Week 4.

NFL Week 4 Preview
I had this spread at Raiders -3.5 but adjusted it a bit because of Gardner Minshew’s recent struggles. Also, Las Vegas doesn’t have much of a run game right now.
The reason I’m on the Raiders here, though, is not because of a player on their team. It’s because of Deshaun Watson.
The Browns have infamously had many, many quarterbacks this century, but Watson was supposed to be the answer. Well, he’s not. He’s only completing 57.8% of passes this season and is averaging just 4.8 yards per attempt.
It’s not going to get any better. The offensive line is banged up, and Myles Garrett is already talking about all of the injuries that he’s dealing with. He might get shut down in the middle of the season at this pace. I simply cannot get over how bad this team is.
The Raiders, meanwhile, just got embarrassed at home by the lowly Panthers. Las Vegas is usually competitive at Allegiant Stadium, so I’m expecting them to bounce back. I imagine Maxx Crosby and Christian Wilkins will have this defense fired up to take on Watson.
Antonio Pierce is 8-3-1 against the spread as Raiders coach, and the Raiders are 19-15-1 ATS at home since moving to Vegas. Also, Watson is 14-21-2 ATS as a betting favorite.
I’m betting the home favorite to add misery to the dog pound.
Pick: Raiders +2.5
