The Colts (2-2) face the Jaguars (0-4) in Week 5 of the NFL season, with kickoff set for 1:00 p.m. ET at Everbank Stadium in Jacksonville. Here's an early look at the Colts vs. Jaguars odds, spread and total for this Sunday afternoon matchup.

The Jaguars are 2.5-point favorites over the Colts in the latest NFL odds for Week 5, with the over/under set at 46.

Colts

Indianapolis handed the Steelers their first loss of the season, but it came at a major price. Anthony Richardson was knocked out of the game in the first quarter with a hip injury and did not return.

Meanwhile, Jonathan Taylor left late with an ankle injury. The status of both players will be heavily monitored.  Joe Flacco played well in place of Richardson, completing 16-of-26 passes for 168 yards and a pair of touchdowns. The Colts are 2-2 SU but 3-1 ATS.

Jaguars

The Jaguars are one of only two winless teams in the league. Their latest loss was a tough pill to swallow as they allowed a Texans' game-winning touchdown with 18 seconds left for a 24-20 defeat.

Trevor Lawrence served up another mediocre performance, going 18-for-33 for 169 yards and two TDs. Jacksonville is 0-4 SU but 2-2 ATS.
