The Action Network has developed a historically profitable betting system that reports a return on investment (ROI) of 18% since 2005.

The algorithm has been profitable 61% of the time since the Bush administration, going 156-99-4 over that timeframe.

The pick is always on the spread and only lights up under certain parameters. The algorithm also incorporates tracking data proprietary to Action Network.

Statistical significance is ensured by using a massive data set over a long time horizon.

If you had bet $100 on each game that has fit this particular betting algorithm, you'd be up about $4,800.

Compare the 18% ROI to the average annual return of the S&P 500, which has hovered at around 8% for over a century. That index is down about 25% year-to-date. Meanwhile, Bitcoin, for instance, is down about 60% during that same timeframe.

Still, despite similar principles regarding long time horizons and sample sizes, don't use this betting algorithm as an alternative to investing in the stock market. Sports betting inherently has more variance game-to-game.

The 61% Profitable Betting Algorithm

This betting system targets unpopular teams that performed horribly last week.

Essentially, you're fading the public on a team that's done poorly this season, one that likely has value because of how unpopular they are with retail bettors.

The team in question needs to have scored nine or fewer points last week. Their spread needs to also have 30% or fewer of the total bets.

All that jibes with the Commanders' spread at a market-best price of +3 (+100) at PointsBet.

But while Sunday might be the day to cash in, please do keep in mind that this system applies to roughly 15 NFL games per season.

This might be an opportunity to cash in, but do understand that this is a long-term investment.

In order to maximize your 19% return on investment, make sure to follow through whenever this PRO system provides picks the rest of the season.

Pick: Commanders +3 (+100) or better
