The Denver Broncos (5-4) and Kansas City Chiefs (8-0) will kick off the NFL Week 10 Sunday slate at 1 p.m. ET from GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City. The game will be live on CBS and can be streamed on Paramount+, YouTube TV and other platforms.
The Chiefs are 7.5-point favorites over the Broncos (Chiefs -7.5) with the over/under set at 42.5 points scored. Kansas City is -375 on the moneyline and Denver is +280.
The Broncos lost 41-10 to the Ravens last week. Bo Nix struggled, but Courtland Sutton got going with 122 receiving yards (and a passing touchdown!). The Chiefs won 30-24 in overtime over the Buccaneers to remain undefeated. Patrick Mahomes threw for 291 yards and 3 touchdowns, while Kareem Hunt added 106 yards on the ground. Travis Kelce also had a season-high 14 receptions for 100 yards.
Let's get into my Broncos vs. Chiefs predictions and my NFL picks for Week 10.
Broncos vs. Chiefs NFL Expert Picks
SPREAD
Backing the Broncos after a blowout loss to the Ravens might not be too appealing, but there are trends that indicate this is a spot to back them and their head coach, who has historically been great to bettors as a road 'dog.
We're laying the points with the Broncos this week to stay within one score against the undefeated Chiefs.

Broncos vs. Chiefs NFL Week 10
Kansas City has been perfect this season — at least according to its record — but the Chiefs haven't been a juggernaut against the spread. It’s an apples-to-orange comparison factoring in the point spread market, where the Chiefs have been awfully popular.
This isn't the same Chiefs team of past years that was so electric offensively and could blow any team out. Rashee Rice is out for the season and Isiah Pacheco hasn't played since Week 2. This year's Chiefs team is winning closer games and is first in our NFL Luck Rankings through nine weeks. And speaking of blowouts…
Denver is catching +8.5 points on the road, just one week after getting its doors blown off by the Ravens. The Broncos lost by 31 points and didn't score in the second half.
Well, we found that underdogs at a certain threshold, after losing by 20 or more points, are often overlooked in the spread market, covering 58% of the time. There's no team that will be more overlooked this week than the Broncos, who go from one team from last season's AFC Championship Game to the other.
Our researcher Evan Abrams shines a light on a couple situational spots backing Denver, too. For instance, Broncos head coach Sean Payton is 56-38-2 against the spread as a road underdog. Road teams in general are flying under the radar this season, cashing 57% of spreads.
Here’s another nugget to consider, using a neat stat from Abrams: Teams that are coming off overtime games simply do not fare well the following week, cashing just 44% of the spreads. The Chiefs are not only coming off an overtime game, but that one was on Monday Night Football so they're playing on a short week.
The spot lines up nice for Denver, which is still 5-4 and currently holds the final playoff spot in the AFC.
Pick: Broncos +7.5 (-110)
