It's safe to say the Miami Dolphins were the most impressive team of Week 3. They put up a whopping 70 points in a blowout against the Denver Broncos, which is tied for the third-most points all-time in an NFL game.

The Dolphins closed as six-point favorites and covered the spread by 44 points over the Broncos. It's the largest cover margin since Patriots beat Chargers, 45-0 in 2020 as a Pick 'em.

The Dolphins finish with the second-most yards in a game (726) and their 1651 yards through three games is the most all-time. Rookie running back De'Von Achane finished the day with 203 rushing yards and four total touchdowns.

Tua Tagovailoa entered the week as the favorite to win NFL MVP — +500 at FanDuel and BetMGM, +600 DraftKings — and the Miami QB continues to make his case. Tagovailoa finished the day 23-for-26 with 309 yards, four touchdowns and zero interceptions.

Of course, the Dolphins' performance moved their Super Bowl odds pretty significantly. Entering Week 3, the Dolphins were +1400 to win the Super Bowl, tied with the Baltimore Ravens for the fifth-best odds at BetMGM. At the time of this writing, they are listed at +900 below the Dallas Cowboys (+800), Philadelphia Eagles (+750), Kansas City Chiefs (+600) and San Francisco 49ers (+550).

So what does Week 4 have in store for the Dolphins? A matchup with their division rival Buffalo Bills. The early spread on this game had the Dolphins as 3.5-point underdogs on the road.

For what it's worth, only one book has posted odds so far, but DraftKings has the Dolphins now as just +2.5 underdogs.

We'll see if oddsmakers move the line even further after the record-setting performance the Dolphins put up today.
