To wrap up this NFL Sunday slate, we see the Philadelphia Eagles travel to SoFi Stadium to face the Los Angeles Rams, who have won four of their last five games entering Sunday Night Football Week 12. Kickoff is set for 8:20 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on NBC and Peacock.
Let’s get into my four Eagles vs Rams props for Sunday Night Football.
Eagles vs Rams Player Props for Sunday Night Football
- Matthew Stafford Over 1.5 Passing Touchdowns (-105, DraftKings)
- Puka Nacua Over 72.5 Receiving Yards (-113, FanDuel)
- Jalen Hurts Anytime Touchdown (-125, bet365)
- Dallas Goedert Over 45.5 Receiving Yards (-110, bet365)
Matthew Stafford Over 1.5 Passing Touchdowns (-105)
It’s been far from a vintage year for Matthew Stafford. The Rams have just five wins this season and Stafford has thrown just 13 touchdowns across his 10 games, throwing a pick in seven of them. He’s only had three games in which he’s thrown Over 1.5 passing touchdowns, so you might be wondering why we’re backing it here.
Those three games of two or more touchdown passes have been in his past four. Those four games also coincide with the return of Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua, his star receivers. It doesn’t matter that the Eagles have been great against the pass, the Kupp/Nacua duo is one of the league’s best and gets looks regardless.
With 10 of Stafford’s 13 passing touchdowns coming in the past month since they’ve returned, we’ll be backing him to find the end zone at least twice again this week.
Puka Nacua Over 72.5 Receiving Yards (-113)
The Eagles have given up the second-fewest amount of passing yards per game, at just 173.2 but we’re still backing Puka Nacua to hit the Over on his total of 72.5. In the four games since his return he’s averaged 84.5 yards, and he’s had two games of 100+ yards.
He gets heavy volume from Stafford and has had nine or more targets in three of those four games. With an average of 13.3 yards per catch this season, he is capable of consistently moving the chains for this team and getting them downfield.
Jalen Hurts Anytime Touchdown (-125)
Saquon Barkley has been the toast of Philadelphia this season, putting up endless highlight reel plays and scoring 10 touchdowns, eight of which came along the ground. It’s gone a little under the radar that he isn’t even the Eagles’ top scorer, with Jalen Hurts currently having a staggering 11 rushing touchdowns.
The threat of Barkley, mixed with the return of AJ Brown, has meant that Hurts is able to operate more effectively when he does rush. He’s scored in each of his past five games, finding the end zone a staggering nine times in that span. He has a great price to score again here.
Dallas Goedert Over 45.5 Receiving Yards (-110)
The Rams have really struggled against tight ends this season. They’re not conceding many touchdowns to the position, but they are consistently giving up yardage to TEs. They’re averaging 62.3 yards allowed per game to the position, something that gives us a reason to look at Dallas Goedert as an option this week.
We’ve seen Goedert average 55.2 receiving yards per game this season. With this game potentially being a shoot-out, or even seeing the Eagles play from behind, it might mean we see more passing, something that would clearly benefit Goedert in his bid to cover this line.
