If you've never done a fantasy football league centered around the NFL playoffs, I'd highly recommend it. There's so much strategy that goes into building the ideal roster that you can really gain an edge over your competition if you're working from a good set of projections.

After all, this isn't just about how good a given player will perform in a given week, it's also about projecting how many games we can expect his team to play.

Luckily, I've taken some of the guess-work out of it for you. I've put together comprehensive projections for every fantasy-relevant player in the NFL playoffs, using the same methodology that I've had success with preseason and week-to-week.

Each player below has three numbers next to him: Projected games played, projected fantasy points per game and the extrapolated total projected fantasy points for the playoffs.

I'll also be adding in some of my written thoughts later in the week, but I wanted to post the numbers ASAP so you could start your research.

Good luck!

Note: All of the fantasy points projections below are based on FFPC scoring.

Quarterback

Running Back

Wide Receiver

Tight End

Kicker

Defense

Projected Games Played (by team)
