  • The Action Network ranked all 32 starting quarterbacks based on their Week 10 fantasy football value.
  • Here's a deeper dive on why you should start Patrick Mahomes, Philip Rivers and Baker Mayfield.
  • Meanwhile, Dak Prescott and Russell Wilson draw poor matchups on Sunday.

Which quarterbacks have the most favorable fantasy matchups? Who is the best streaming option? And who has a poor matchup?

Here's a breakdown of five notable quarterbacks featured in Sean Koerner, Chris Raybon and Matthew Freedman's Week 10 fantasy football rankings.

The No. 1 QB

Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs

Mahomes is the unanimous No. 1 quarterback once again thanks to his Week 10 matchup with the Cardinals. He's been the most efficient fantasy quarterback this season, averaging a robust 0.73 fantasy points per dropback.

Unsurprisingly, he leads all quarterbacks in median, ceiling and floor projections in our FantasyLabs Player Models.

The Most Favorable Matchup

Philip Rivers,  Los Angeles Chargers

Rivers draws one of the most favorable matchups on the board against a Raiders team that ranks in the bottom three in Pro Football Focus' overall defense, pass rush and pass coverage grades.

Rivers carries an average rank of 5.7 among our rankers.

Matchup Downgrades

Dak Prescott, Dallas Cowboys

The Eagles' secondary is beatable, however, Philadelphia owns PFF's No. 1 pass rush grade. It doesn't help that Prescott has a 10.6% sack rate, which is the third-highest mark in the league.

Freedman, Koerner and Raybon all have Dak ranked 18th or worse among this week's quarterbacks.

Russell Wilson, Seattle Seahawks

Wilson has been absurdly efficient over his past four games, throwing three touchdowns in three of the four contests, but all of those three-touchdown efforts came on 23 or fewer passes.

It's hard to imagine that he can keep this efficiency up, even against a porous Rams secondary. He'll also likely be under pressure from a Rams defense that ranks inside the top six in quarterback pressures, hurries and hits, per Sports Info Solutions.

Wilson has an average rank of 15.3 among our rankers.

The Best Streamer

Baker Mayfield, Cleveland Browns

Mayfield will square off against a pedestrian Falcons defense that's allowing the fourth-highest scoring rate to opposing offenses this season. More importantly, Atlanta struggles to get pressure on the quarterback with PFF's third-worst pass rush grade.

This spot should set up well against a pass defense that's allowing 7.9 yards per attempt and 304.3 passing yards per game to quarterbacks.
